Portal for the Maryland Office of State Procurement enabling state agency staff to submit structured feedback on statewide contract suppliers. Feedback is tied to real BPOs and includes delivery/timeliness, quality, communication, billing, compliance, and scope adherence ratings.
Medicaid Claims Outlier Analysis
Analysis tool that ingests the recently released federal Medicaid claims database, identifies statistical outliers and billing anomalies by provider, and visualizes them for state Medicaid officials. Designed as a starting point for cross-referencing with internal state datasets.
